Resilience is a quality of character we all want to nourish.
We think of resilience as bouncing back from life’s downturns. However, this is just the final piece of the equation. Becoming resilient demands us to integrate the learnings offered by challenging circumstances. For this to happen, we must dive deep into our emotions by acknowledging and understanding them. Feel them with no mediocrity, shred and assimilate the information they bring and then, bounce back having built inner strength.
