“Suffering ceases to be suffering at the moment it finds meaning”
Victor Frankl
Even if we don’t see the meaning now, let’s give it a meaning, let’s make sure this doesn’t go in vain, that there are real and instant transformations and shifts that come from it. Let’s not wait until we forget. Every death, is a part of each one of us that dies.
These are challenging times and there is a lot of stress and pain.
However, I choose love over fear.
I choose consciously to elevate my energy every day.
I choose to connect to feelings of gratitude, patience and appreciation.
I choose to believe love creates constructive consequences.
I choose to live these times from a place of peace, calmness, of observation within and out.
I choose to live them from a place of wonder, of creativity, of possibility.
I choose to be grateful for the challenge to our individual and global status quo.
We are being forced to look within, why waste this rare occasion?
Why try to continue distracting ourselves from exorcising our own individual and collective demons?
Why fight the inevitable shift, instead of making sure we evolve individually and collectively to embody a new identity required to transition towards a model of reality ruled by wellbeing, contribution, connection, collaboration, empathy and solidarity?
Let’s come together, let’s build bridges and trust each other. This is about you as much as it is about them, as much as it is about us. We are all in this together.
