I am passionate about transformation—both personal and collective—and have dedicated my life to unblocking the unique essence that makes each individual and organization extraordinary. If I weren’t so in love with walking and running, I’d be a mermaid. If steps and strokes paid, I’d be a multi-millionaire by now.

For over two decades, my professional journey has taken me from the structured world of development economics to the profoundly transformative realm of consciousness and leadership. I began my career as a researcher and econometrics teacher’s assistant while completing my master’s degree in economics. Deciding not to pursue a PhD, I pivoted to the United Nations, where I worked as both an employee and consultant, sharpening my strategic thinking and collaborative skills.

From there, I immersed myself in sustainability, serving as a business sustainability consultant, a sustainability manager at a multi-Latin corporation, and later, as a country manager and international consultant for the world’s leading NGO in business solutions to poverty. These experiences gave me invaluable insight into leadership, negotiation, and innovative problem-solving. More importantly, I gained a deep understanding of how people from diverse backgrounds think, operate, and connect.

In 2018, while hiking the Kumano Kodo trail in Japan, I experienced a profound awakening—embracing my intuitive and energetic abilities, recognizing their profound value to inspire conscious behavior change. I realized that the driving force behind my work—whether in strategy, sustainability, or leadership—was guiding individuals and organizations connect with their authentic essence. I transitioned my focus to what I now see as the true differentiator: inner alignment and soul-centered growth.

To deepen my practice, I pursued certifications as a Laser Coach™, an advanced Pranic Healer and Pranic Psychotherapist, and a Human Design Reader. I also completed the year-long professional training in Compassionate Inquiry™ with Dr. Gabor Maté and immersed myself in the study of neuroplasticity-informed techniques. These tools inform my approach—helping individuals and organizations create profound internal shifts that lead to meaningful, lasting external impact.

In 2020, I founded Share Inner Light, a personal evolution platform designed to foster greater consciousness in individuals, teams, and organizations. By blending my strategic expertise with deep intuitive insight, I have helped hundreds of people uncover their greatest potential, transcend limiting patterns, and break free from cycles of unwanted results.
